the room was cool but smelling musty, not exactly what i had in mind for a luxury stay. staff were unhelpful when my watch was stolen, so disappointing. i woudl ve been ecstatic with a room upgrade or complimentary drink, but i guess that’s too much to ask here. almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t.

great service at the beach bar but room could use some updates

Joel at the beach bar exceeded my expectations. He crafted fantastic drinks and truly engaged with us, making our stay extra special. The garden view from our room provided a peaceful escape and a lovely touch to the ambiance of our vacation.

The junior suite with garden view was spacious. We enjoyed good margaritas by the pool. The beach area was not overcrowded. Staff member Joel made fantastic drinks and engaged with us daily. Our group had a wonderful time. 🌴

A reservation system for the restaurants is a must!!! Long waits were frustrating and some eateries were nearly impossible to access. Improvements needed for clear contract terms during events and pricing consistency for additional guests!!!

Our family had an unforgettable 5-night stay in a Junior Suite Garden View. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the activities coordinator named Angel, who kept our kids entertained throughout our trip. We were impressed with the variety of pools available, including areas specifically designed for children, which made our time even more enjoyable. The evening entertainment was engaging and well-organized, truly enriching our experience.

the only downside was the restaurant wait times,, but the poolside grill served juicy burgers and the staff remembered our drink orders every time. the nightly entertainment kept us smiling, and the beachfront views were simply stunning!

Snorkeling activities under the care of great entertainment staff made the trip enjoyable. The dining options were hit-or-miss. some meals lacked flavor and variety. Check-in process needed improvement due to long waits.
